# The Agentic AI Forum: Making AI Work Across the Organisation

An interdisciplinary panel and simulation workshop on organisational AI fluencyHosted by NovaLex & Epicenter

AI agents can act across business systems and make decisions within seconds. But companies are introducing them faster than their teams can learn how to use, supervise and govern them effectively.

The consequences show up quickly: promising pilots struggle to scale, employees lack confidence, approvals become bottlenecks and nobody is quite sure who owns a mistake. Meanwhile, duplicated tools and unnecessary token spend remain difficult to spot.

Successful agentic AI adoption requires people across the organisation to make informed decisions together.
