## About this event

Current technological advancements are driving changes in the shopping experience, brand loyalty, and personalization. This shift in shopper behavior is forcing a redesign of the Shopping Journey (in different aspects such as search and discoverability, from SEO to GEO), eCommerce and in-store experience. What is the current state of this process? What challenges is the industry facing, and where do we hope to end up?

We will explore these and many other questions with our speakers.
