# AI for Personal Health and Well-being: Open Mic Edition

by [craftingproduct.io](https://fde.amsterdam/communities/craftingproduct-io)

## About this event

Your blood test results sit in a PDF. Your sleep data lives in one app, your steps in another. Most of us never connect the dots. Some people already use AI to do exactly that.

Main speaker: Mike Alexandrovski

Mike founded Dostavista in 2012 and grew it into Borzo, a same-day delivery company operating in 10 countries and headquartered in Amsterdam. Now he applies the same engineering mindset to his own health.

He built a personal health protocol system with AI that combines \~1,000 biomarkers, his full genome, wearables and MRI scans. It breaks the body into 100+ subsystems and generates one protocol for diet, supplements, exercise, lifestyle and checkups. He’ll walk us through it live, including where AI fell short and where human judgment still mattered.
